How to Enrol? Two stages

1 > Application form before december, 19th 2008

NB: the address for sending your enrolment form

is different from the address for sending your samples !

1/ Fill out the application form (1 wine = 1 form, make photocopies if necessary)

2/ Stick one label of the wine being entered on the enrolment form and enclose 5 more labels

3/ Enclose one analysis report dated within the last year per sample presented

4/ Enclose documents describing the estate and wines

5/ Fill out the payment form and enclose your cheque if you are paying that way

6/ Send all the above by post (no faxes or e-mails will be accepted) to :

2 > Send your samples before december, 19th 2008

1/ Send a set of 6 labelled bottles per wine taking part in appropriate packaging (preferably without polystyrene)

2/ Enclose a pro forma invoice marked “samples of no commercial value”

3/  Inform the Walbaum International Reims Ageny of your consignment by fax on + 33 3 26 50 11 13

4/ Send the parcel to :

Important : All the sending from out EU countries will necessary be made by DDP Reims (DeliveredDuty Paid) - Incoterms 2000)

Attention : LDispatches sent by express networks such as Fedex, DHL or TNT may only take part after payment of taxes and duties, transport costs, etc. These companies handle DDP dispatches but are not able to handle operations on arrival in France.
