Its purpose is to allow entries to the competition, to present the wines, oils and / or award-winning products and the purchase of medallions for the winners. The EURL Œnologists of France has no legal, financial, commercial or any common interest with the producers of the wines and products presented.

2         Terms and Conditions of Use (CGU)

2.1        Acceptance and modification of the CGU

Only the wines, oils and / or award-winning products from the competition organized by the Publisher are presented on the website's winners page of the year and the archives of previous years. The presentation of wines, oils and / or award-winning products does not constitute an offer to sell or an incentive to purchase. The photographs of the said wines, oils and / or award-winning products, accompanying their description, are not binding and do not commit the Publisher.

2.5        Labels "organic production"

2.5.1          The labels ORG

The organic labels displayed on the wines, oils and / or products represented on the website are awarded by the competent authorities of the countries where the wines, oils and / or products concerned are produced. On the territory of the European Community, the labels awarded by the competent authorities of the member countries must meet the criteria of management of soil fertility, choice of species and varieties, multi-annual rotation of crops, recycling of organic matter and cultural techniques set out in regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of June 28, 2007 on organic production and labeling of organic products. The import of third country products as organic products is permitted by the regulation provided that, the countries of origin apply production standards and control provisions equivalent to those provided by the community legislation. 2.5.2          The site editor

The Editor of the website, who does not intervene in the attribution of the organic labels or their controls, can in no way be held responsible for any decisions to withdraw a label or any fraud from the producer by the affixing of such a label on his products.

2.6        Website management

These terms of use of the site are governed by French law and are within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to attribution of specific competency stemming from a particular law or regulation.
