Depending on your location, there are different procedures to adopt :
A/ - Are you based in France ?
> 2 options :
Option 1 - Shipment to our ZIEGLER FRANCE warehouse until 27 February 2026 :
> Your sample must be sent with a CRD cap obligatory.
> Send 3 bottles per registered sample (see adresse below)
Option 2 - Drop off at our stand at : (until)
> Visit us from
> Deposit of 3 bottles per registered sample
B/ - Are you based in Europeene Union ?
> You need to draw up an EAD Mandatory (Electronic Administrative Documment) to transport your samples to the reception site.

> For Swiss wines : beware of shipments made with "La Poste". Customs clearance is carried out by their service and you will be billed. If you do not pay these customs fees, the parcel will be held up at their offices. Please remember to pay these charges in full so that your parcel reaches us.
C/ - Are you based from other countries ?
> Shipment by DAP (incoterms 2020)
> Please note that you must produce a proforma invoice (see model below) to accompany your samples, made out to "EURL Œnologues de France" mentioning " Samples without commercial value - Value for Customs purposes only".
> Please note that if you use an express delivery company, they may charge you administrative fees in addition to French customs duties.
